Senko is an outstanding author and a fantastically talented cook. He has created the pleasantest of places in this bay, where he practises simple fish cookery embellished by his artistic talents. His fish stew made from dried forkbeard and conger eel and his limpet soup are simply perfect. Apart from his culinary skills, Senko is an accomplished winemaker. Ever year, his Bugava wine is among the island’s best.
