This is a restaurant which sailors never bypass, and many sail into Vis harbor because of it. Zoran, the host, the best griller of fish on the Adriatic, is an adherent of Vis culinary traditions. He was the first restaurateur on the island to introduce long-forgotten traditional dishes onto the menu. A year does not go by without him inventing a new dish, whether fish or meat. However his fish stews are a welcome constant, as are his masterfully grilled fish.  Zoran Brajčić was one of the first people we dubbed a superchef.
