The subtle luxury of the restaurant located in the Martinis Marchi mansion is matched by the discreet service, cool pines and view of boats on the waterfront-only some of the attractions which guarantee guests’ enjoyment. Toni Miloš, the young chef, and his team, are in charge of the menu. They select the best local ingredients, and prepare them in a way which combines traditional and modern methods. They observe the passing seasons of the year, serving free-range fresh fish, excellent Brač and Pag lamb, Šolta vegetables and organically produced olive oil. Some of the recipes date back 300 years, to the time when the Marchi nobles dined in their splendid residence.
