little village harbor used to be a salt store. Within its simple walls, the riches of the sea from the Mali Ston channel and the “big sea” on the other side of the Ston isthmus used to be processed and stored. The delicacies this area has to offer are typified by the rich Ston risotto, one of the finest dishes in this beautifully appointed restaurant. The young proprietor, Pero Šare, is one of the best known Adriatic sport fishermen, so wild tuna is often on the menu.
