All the features which contribute to a mouth-watering combination of sea and river delicacies are put to the best use in this restaurant. There are fish, meat and homegrown vegetables, all transformed into the finest homemade dishes. Special delicacies are the baked cuttlefish and grilled eels, and the finest gourmet treats are Skradin risotto and Skradin cake. Risotto is only eaten on holidays and rarely prepared for fewer than fifty people, as it requires at least ten to twelve hours of preparation.
